I build SAP systems for the people side of business.
I started out testing games, became an SAP developer in Mumbai, and moved to Australia to design and lead integration work. Culture matters a lot to me: the best delivery I’ve seen comes from teams that genuinely enjoy working together.

How I work
- Say the hard thing early.Most problems in big programs are visible in week one. Raising them then is cheaper than in month six.
- One team.Not vendor and client. The people doing the work and the people living with it solve it together.
- Practical over perfect.A simple thing people use beats a clever thing they work around.
